Yes! The money you've wasted is not a waste because you didn't count it as a waste, you only did what you think was right. But the money you want to spend on unnecessary things that you know it can't pay you is a waste. Just as when you haven't given your life to Christ, those times were not wasted tho. But the times that you know that truly there is God, but you are proofing there is no God or phylosphy are the times you are wasting. If you can relate this as a student too, you would surely know that times you were on vacation that you spent without achieving PR reading are not really wasted but times you have resumed but still not achieving or reading are your wasted times.
